Shipping orders
Orders are shipped within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekdays before 12 p.m. are shipped the same day.
Concerning delivery times, they are 24/48 working hours in Metropolitan France.
We use Colissimo, Chronopost and Mondial Relay.
Express delivery within 24 hours is available at home with Chronopost (before 1 p.m.).
Currently the countries we ship to are:
France: Mondial Relay Delivery (3 to 5 days), Colissimo Delivery without signature (2 to 4 days), Colissimo Delivery against signature (2 to 4 days), Chronopost Delivery (1 to 2 days);
Monaco : Colissimo delivery with and without signature (2 to 4 days);
DOM-TOM : Colissimo delivery without signature (5 to 7 days).
USA : International Colissimo delivery with signature (6 to 7 days).
Deliveries and Returns
Delivery is free on all products on our site for Metropolitan France.
Exchanges are only permitted when a product is defective or damaged.
Returns are possible up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the product.
Personalized products are neither returned nor exchanged.
Please have your order number and name ready; and contact us at contact@maisonsellier.com .
The products must be returned in their packaging, with the protective bag and the product label. They must not be worn, washed or damaged. Please do not leave the shoulder straps or straps hanging on the bag and put them back inside the bag before shipping. Please put the silk scarves back in their protective box.
In the event of an exchange: a free slip will be sent to you by e-mail.
In the event of a return: it will be your responsibility to choose a carrier and postage for your package. We advise you to choose a tracking option for any merchandise over €75.
Delivery times are displayed in the order summary email. All orders placed before 12 p.m. are dispatched the same day. For others they will be shipped the next working day.
Yes, you can have it delivered to a relay point by selecting relay delivery with Mondial Relay.
To do this, once your order has been validated, you can choose your relay point based on your home.
My orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
On mobile, click on “Summary / Promo Code” in the summary of your order to be able to indicate your promotional code.
On a computer, the box is located at the top right of the order page.
Once your order has been placed, you cannot cancel your order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and also American Express. You can also finalize your order with the ShopPay and Apple Pay payment services.
Payment in 3 installments free of charge will soon be offered for all orders over €100. (A little patience...it happens 😃)

We offer different gift card amounts credited at the time of purchase. The Maison Sellier e-gift card is valid on the website for 1 year.

The e-gift card can be used on the site. You have received confirmation of your order by email with access to a reduction code.
To do this, you must:
- create your basket and when paying, enter the name of the code in the 'Gift card or promo code' section. The amount available on the card will be automatically deducted from the total.
- You will then have, depending on the price differential, a credit on your gift card or a balance to pay additionally.

You can choose the person to whom you wish to send the e-gift card by indicating their email address.
Make sure you enter the correct email address. Otherwise, please contact us immediately to deactivate the e-gift card and resend you a new one.
